IL Service Program for GEM® Premier™ 4000 Analyzer
Extended Service Agreement
The IL Extended Service Agreement is designed for those customers wishing to ensure their GEM Premier 4000 is fully covered for maintenance after the warranty period has ended.
Features:

  • A return to Depot agreement which includes all shipping costs.
  • All repairs are included.
  • At customer discretion, offered with and without loaner option.
  • Covers engineering software upgrades.
  • Includes Performance Verification.

IL Service Program for GEM Premier 3000 Analyzers 
Support Plus Service Program

The IL Support Plus Service Program is designed for customers wishing to supplement their warranty on the GEM Premier 3000 with the use of a loaner analyzer and one PM service per year.
Features:

  • A return to Depot agreement which includes all shipping costs.
  • Annual PM.
  • Loaner whenever GEM Premier 3000 is returned for service or PM.

Support Extra Service Program
The IL Support Extra Service Program is designed for customers wishing to supplement their 3- or 5-year warranty on the GEM Premier 3000 with one PM service per year.  Loaners are not included with this option.
Features:

  • A return to Depot agreement which includes all shipping costs
  • Annual PM

IL Service Program for IL CO-Oximeters, Flame Photometers 
Total Service Agreement 
The IL Total Service Agreement is designed for those customers wishing to ensure their equipment is fully covered for service and maintenance during the normal workday.
Features:

  • One-year term.
  • Onsite service coverage, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, except holidays.
  • Replacement service parts, labor and travel time included. Consumables, such as reagents and tubing, are not included under the contract.
  • Includes scheduled preventive maintenance visit.
  • Instrument operation and technical application telephone support.
